As spring awakens bursting forth in color and vibrance here in South-Central PA, it seems strange to be focusing on a color that typically signifies lifelessness. What a joyful challenge for me to capture and share the extent of this color. It’s in the shadows, in the contrast, that the richness and depth of growth and vitality are demonstrated. I’m particularly struck at how in these still springtime images, one can detect movement and spirit.
